Application Process

To apply, please follow the instructions found on this page:  Avalon Application.  You will be asked to create an account through our Parent Portal before you can submit an application.  If you need assistance creating an account, please email ( or call the main office (651-649-5495). Please make sure to select the correct school year!

As of September 6, we have filled all spots for the 2019-2020 school year, however, our waitlists are relatively short and we anticipate openings in all grades popping up. Please follow the steps above to get on our waitlists!

2020-2021 Lottery information

All applications received before 4pm on March 1st, 2020 for the 2020-2021 school year will be placed in a lottery.  The lottery will take place on Tuesday, March 3.  Applications received after March 1 will be placed on the waitlist as they are received.  Use the link above to fill out an application.

Enrollment Policy:

If there are more on-time applications than spots available, Avalon will utilize a lottery system to determine enrollment status for all students.  All applications in by 4pm on March 1 will be entered into the lottery.  Families will be notified of enrollment status within 10 days of the March 1 deadline. Applications received after 4pm on March 1 will be accepted or placed on the wait list on a first-come/first-served basis depending on availability.
