To apply, please follow the instructions found on this page: Avalon Application. You will be asked to create an account through our Parent Portal before you can submit an application. If you need assistance creating an account, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call the main office (651-649-5495). During this online period, the easiest way to connect is through email, or by calling 651 217 8348. Please make sure to select the correct school year when you apply!
As of February 1st, 2021, we have waitlists in all programs for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.
To apply for the 2021-2022 school year, make sure to get an application in by 4pm on March 1, 2021, in order to be entered into our enrollment lottery.
Access the Parent Portal to check your waitlist status by clicking on "View Checklist": Parent Portal.
If there are more on-time applications than spots available, Avalon will utilize a lottery system to determine enrollment status for all students. All applications in by 4pm on March 1 will be entered into the lottery. Families will be notified of enrollment status within 10 days of the March 1 deadline. Applications received after 4pm on March 1 will be accepted or placed on the wait list on a first-come/first-served basis depending on availability.
